AVAILABILITY AND SHIPPING
Shipment is FOB Melbourne, AU. Orders normally ship in 1-3 business days, customized orders slightly longer. If you have not received shipping confirmation or notice of delay within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

Shipping charges published are for U.S. customers via Regular Air Parcel. Expedited shipment is available - please inquire. International customers please request a quote.

APO/FPO customers will receive shipping confirmation approximately 2 weeks after ordering. Transit estimates provided do not apply, and no guarantee is made as to delivery times to any military address due to the mobile nature of many units.

Any duty or tax is customer responsibility.We reserve the right to refuse shipment to any location, and currently do not ship to Afghanistan, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Nigeria, Turkey, or Yemen.

SHIPPING DAMAGE
All shipments are insured. Should damage occur, please retain all packaging material and notify the carrier immediately. Customer agrees to follow carrier procdures in filing claims. OceanClocks.com is not responsible for reimbursement or replacement of damaged item(s) until final settlement with the carrier. Failure to comply with these terms places full responsibility on customer.

TRANSIT TIME ESTIMATES
Transit time estimates are provided by the carrier. No guarantee is made. Delays in excess of those stated are not reason for order cancellation or chargeback.

The transit time estimates below are for continental U.S. shipments only. International and APO/FPO delivery are not provided.

Standard (International Air Econ): 10-15 business days.
Expedited (International Air Courier): 4-8 business days.

ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders may be cancelled prior to payment processing only, without charge. No cancellations after payment processing.

RETURNED CHECKS
Checks returned to us non-paid for any reason are subject to a $25.00 fee. Customer notification will be sent by email of such occurrence. Replacement funds for the purchase price, plus $25.00 fee, in the form of credit card or money order payment, will be due to Windward Instruments within 5 business days of notification.

WARRANTY
All Ocean Clocks Instruments are covered by a Five (5) Year Limited Warranty. Details are provided with your instrument.

SALES TAX
Windward Instruments maintains our offices in Indiana. We are required by State law to collect sales tax on all items that are sold, or shipped, to a location within Indiana. The current Indiana sales tax rate is 7.00%.
